Rebecca is an employment and industrial relations lawyer with over 17 years of experience in legal practice and a genuine interest in the practical application of industrial law within modern workplaces and organisations.

As the Director of IR Balloting Pty Ltd Rebecca oversees the good governance and strategic direction of the organisation, with a particular focus on quality, data protection and integrity. As a Solicitor admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW Rebecca is trusted to observe the highest ethical and processional standards of conduct.

Rebecca values collegiate relationships and has been endorsed by her peers in the legal profession by being elected to the Queensland Law Society Council for two consecutive terms in the 2019 and 2021 QLS elections. Rebecca has also served the profession as a member of the QLS Industrial Law Committee, the QLS Ethics Committee and as a District Law Association President for two terms in 2018 and 2019.

Rebecca obtained a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) at the University of Technology Sydney in 2006, and a Masters of Labour Law and Relations at the University of Sydney in 2022.

Anantha is IR BLOTS Balloting Officer, and is responsible for running the IR BLOTS system and delivering our Balloting Service.

Upon enquiring with IR BLOTS, Anantha will be your direct point of contact and will personally be with you every step of the way to support a successful Ballot.

Anantha holds a Degree in Business Management from the University of Queensland, Majoring in Business Information Systems and Marketing.

Anantha takes his privacy and ethical obligations very seriously in all that he does.

As the former President of the International Student’s Society at UQ as well as a former member of the UQ Academic Board, Anantha remains connected as a UQ Alumni and is passionate about investing his strong communication skills and leadership skills for the benefit of his peers.
